Payments may be effected by credit card, postal orders or by cheque (UK residents only). Where payment is effected by cheque, please note that goods will be dispatched once the cheque has been cleared.

Items will be delivered within 3 to 14 days of receipt of payment. If El Greco Miniatures is awaiting shipment of items or an item is out of stock, notification by e-mail, post or phone will be made within 7 days of receipt of order.

On receipt of the items, please examine the goods carefully. If there are any problems, such as breakages or missing parts, please take note of the details and inform El Greco Miniatures accordingly within 7 days of receipt and a refund or replacement will be issued.

Customers wishing to cancel the order are required to do so within 7 days of receipt of the items. Kindly advise us in writing - by letter or e-mail - of your decision to cancel and El Greco Miniatures will reimburse you within 30 days. El Greco Miniatures will also refund postage incurred for the return of the said items. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition. |
