IOSS enabled for EU Customers

Dear friends,

We are pleased to inform you that El Greco Miniatures is now registered for IOSS in the European Union. This means that for all orders under €150 (£130), VAT will be applied to your order, depending on the VAT rate of your respective countries. This also includes VAT on shipping so all VAT and import charges are paid through the El Greco Miniatures website. This means that your parcel should be delivered straight to your door without additional customs delays and processes since these have all been paid.

From our end, El Greco will be paying the VAT tax due to the EU, separate from the VAT paid to the tax office here in the UK.

We are hoping that this will facilitate and speed up orders reaching EU customers. Should you be requested to pay any additional costs, please contact the office issuing the charges and advise them that VAT and other delivery duties have been paid, and show them the receipt accordingly. Even the label on the parcel will show that it is to be processed under the IOSS regime. However, please also inform us if such payment requests are made.
