Shipping policy

Shipping on our website is calculated by weight and will therefore be charged at real cost. Full details of the prices may be found on the Royal Mail website.

El Greco Miniatures accepts no responsibility for delay or loss of postal items. Please note that if a parcel has been signed for OR delivered to the address, we will NOT issue a refund or send a replacement. Royal Mail only offers compensation up to £20.00 for standard UK parcels, and £50 or less for international mail, therefore we strongly recommend that you choose Tracked or Signed For shipping for large orders. 

Explanation of International Services:  You will be offered several shipping options, depending on your country of residence. These are explained as follows:

• INTERNATIONAL TRACKED & SIGNED FOR:  A fully tracked end-to-end service with signature taken on delivery and online confirmation. Available to several countries.
• INTERNATIONAL TRACKED: A fully tracked end-to-end service with delivery confirmation online. Available to 33 countries.
• INTERNATIONAL SIGNED FOR: A service where a signature is taken on delivery. Available to 190 countries.

Generally parcels in the UK arrive within 1-5 days while overseas parcels arrive within 5-15 days. Due to heightened security issues worldwide, parcels may take slightly longer, especially if they go through Customs.

Due to Brexit, EU customers now have no VAT applicable on their purchases or shipping. However, they may be liable to VAT and/or customs charges for orders placed in our store. Please ensure you track your parcel to avoid delays resulting from non-payment of such charges. Parcels may be returned to us if such charges are not paid.
