UK Shipping Changes

This is to inform all our UK customers that we are changing our domestic shipping service on our website from Standard mail to Tracked mail services. The options available shall be Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 (provided through Royal Mail). The reasons for this change are due to a number of factors, namely that:

• there is no compensation offered on business contracts for any losses sent by standard mail;
• tracked deliveries offer compensation up to £100;
• full tracking of your item from despatch to delivery. In recent months, we have seen an increase in customers with shipping/delivery queries after despatch.

• photo on delivery for all Tracked
• inflight redirection now available (to neighbour or safeplace)
• Tracked 24 aims to deliver on the next working day; Tracked 48 within 2-3 working days

There is inevitably a small price increase/decrease for these services but the table below shows the price difference (inclusive of VAT):
