75mm resin kit. Sculpted by Oriol Quin. Boxart by Fernando Ruiz. Kit includes: 10 pieces

The Queen’s Rangers were a loyalist unit raised during the American Revolutionary War. They were one of the most famous and effective units that fought for the British during the conflict.

Originally raised By Robert Rogers during the French and Indian War to counter the actions of the French troops that raided the British possessions from the North, the regiment was reinstated for the new war in 1776 at New York.

They had a chance to distinguish themselves quite soon at the Battle of Brandywine, in September 1777, were they suffered heavy casualties in the assault of the Continental entrenched positions. After recovering, they were put under the command of John Graves Simcoe and started to be known as “Simcoe’s Rangers”. Under his command, they became one of the most renowned units on the Loyalist side until they surrendered at Yorktown at the end of the war.

Our figure depicts an officer of this regiment in their typical uniform of green jacket, white trousers and tall black cloth cap with feathers and the regimental emblem of the crescent moon.
