From the author Ivo Preda:

Some time ago, I was asked to compile a book about my miniature figures. Initially I was slightly hesitant; however, since I had just turned 70, I decided to give it a go. In actual fact, this is mainly a photographic book; I have always believed that a picture is worth a thousand words. It contains numerous photographs distributed over 270 pages, together with some technical advice on the key elements. I thoroughly enjoyed writing this account, besides being an opportunity for me to revisit more than 50 years spent practising this magnificent art. Where possible, next to the finished model, I have included the unpainted model, without any primer, since I have always enjoyed looking at the miniature figure with all its conversions clearly visible.

The book is written in English but translations of the main points are available in other languages through the QR code.
